The Kalas Foundation was grateful to support the fundraising efforts of our own Director of Engineering, Jeff Trees as he participated in the 26th annual Lancaster County Relay for Life benefiting the American Cancer Society. The two day event was held at Conestoga Valley High School Friday June 6 & all day Saturday June 7, 2019. Participants and teams work heartily to raise funds prior and during the event. The two days are full of ceremonious moments to honor those who have battled cancer and support those whose lives are currently impacted. Lancaster County’s event consisted of nearly 1,000 participants and 112 teams who together raised an impressive $669,952.79. The “Wolf Pack” team Jeff was a part currently raised $16K ranking 14th out of over 100 teams! All fundraising research and patient care through the American Cancer Society’s work changing the lives of individuals battling cancer.
