The Kalas Sylvin Foundation is proud to offer support to Glen Martin; a Kalas associate with 28 years of service, at the 2014 Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Ride for Life event.
On May 3 & 4, Harley-Davidson riders from nearly 40 Harley dealerships and organizations will gather for fun, to boost spirits and to show their support to the children affected by the disease.
The 2-day event is packed with food, music and entertainment, all leading to the most coveted moment – a parade to honor the children fighting muscular dystrophy. The children decorate their wheelchairs to look like motorcycles, and ride in the side-cars of motorcycles at the front of the procession in this joyous celebration.
Glen, who currently works at K3 as a Kux Operator, has been participating in this event for 15 years. The ride is currently in its 27th year and is the largest fundraising event in the nation offering its support to the MDA organization.
