Celebrating Our Bike MS Raffle Winners
At the Kalas Foundation, we believe that true community impact happens when we all pull together for a greater cause. Leading up to the Bike MS Glimcher Keystone Country Ride 2026 on August 8, 2026, our team has been rallying to support Kalas Associate Lloyd Wenger as he rides to raise critical funding for Multiple Sclerosis.
To amplify Lloyd’s efforts, the Kalas Foundation pledged to match up to $5,000 in donations. To make the fundraising drive even more exciting, every $25 donated earned an entry into a privately funded raffle, which was drawn on July 24.
We are overwhelmingly grateful to everyone who donated to support the mission. This year, the true highlight of the raffle was the astonishing generosity of our prize winners.
Celebrating True Generosity
It is one thing to win a raffle, but it is another entirely to turn that prize right back into a gift for others. We are thrilled to announce our two $500 cash prize winners, who both went above and beyond to give back to the cause:

Liz Knight: Liz was our first $500 prize winner. In a beautiful act of generosity, she immediately donated $250 of her winnings directly back to support the ride and MS research!

Val: Val was our second $500 winner. Amazingly, Val chose to donate the entire $500 prize straight back to the cause!

Acts of kindness like these remind us exactly why we do what we do. The funds raised from this raffle—amplified by the generous donations from Liz and Val—will make a tangible difference for those affected by Multiple Sclerosis.
While the raffle drawing is complete, the actual Bike MS ride is on August 8, and we still want to maximize that $5,000 Foundation match limit!
